ADPers,
We are ready to put the ACE Employment Bureau up for a vote at this stage. Since this is the SF chapter’s first project, all ADP voting members are eligible to vote.
We are asking members to approve $2,119 for the project, to be disbursed at the later of May 15th or once the project manager for the employment bureau is hired. If you have not been following the project discussion throughout, we would ask that you please read the materials below before casting a vote:
1) Project Summary form: A one-pager summarizing the project and an assessment of how the project team feels it stacks up along ADP’s key criteria
2) Budget & Key Metrics: This includes both ACE’s proposal, as well as the SF chapter’s proposed offer for both the budget and performance metrics that has been developed through several interactions with ACE.
3) Forums discussion: http://forums.developpakistan.org/viewtopic.php?t=123
4) Other Supplements: Correspondence with ACE, notes from our site visit and a profile of the NGO.
The deadline for voting is Wednesday 4/19 at 1pm PST. Please feel free to post any questions here or contact Atif (amumtaz@csli.stanford.edu) or myself (twasim@developpakistan.org).
Best,
Tarim
Ps: If you are voting against the project, please state your reasons via a post on this forum since it is helpful feedback for all of us. |
