In my last emails i briefly shared the process that we have carried out for hand pump project implementation, the answars to quriies are,

1.It would be difficult to say about BPH whether it become partner or not ? they have their own procedures and plans, if ADP enetered into commitment with kachho foundation then we can formally discuss with them to explore means for joint coordination while ADP shall be on-board during discussion

2. Water management commitee is essential part of HP implementation happens after mobilization, certain commitee members chosen from larger community meetings they commit to take responsibility of HP maitananace and work vulentareliy.

3. I thought ur liaison office shall also in pakistan, tomorrow i have to confirm estimate time for USA from corrirer service then i will repond u

we are sending respond on ur quaries about submitted proposal of shallow hand pump project with request to contribute in addressing one of important life-related issue of people of targeted area, certainly kachho foundation has taken efforts to provide potable drinking water to poor community while intensity of problem requires to extend outreach of efforts.
